ATV World Delivery Information

UK Delivery

All orders placed before 3:00pm are despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Terms & Conditions

A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work or a neighbour. Goods must be in stock. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier. They take between 1 and 3 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Standard Delivery, or 4:30pm Mon-Fri for Premium Services, during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.

Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact parts@atvworld.com; a separate P&P charge will apply to each despatch.

European Delivery

Maximum weight per item 30kg.
Maximum dimensions per item 175cm length, 300cm girth.
Items exceeding these dimensions will be sent via our heavyweight service and charged accordingly. For further information, contact us on 0044 113 277 8663.
